Kevin Holland needs to work on his mid-fight trash talk.
‘Trailblazer’, who is known for loving to chat during his fights, had UFC commentators Daniel Cormier, Joe Rogan and Jon Anik chuckling when he asked his opponent a bizarre question at UFC 287.

Argentine knockout artist Santiago Ponzinibbio was trying to put him to sleep in round one when Anik noticed that Holland had started talking.
Cormier claimed: “He said, ‘Do you smell weed?’”
Anik chuckled as did Joe Rogan before he asked: “Is that what he said?”
Cormier replied: "Yeah, that’s exactly what he said to Ponzinibbio."
The commentators agreed that there was a strange smell in the air in Miami before focusing back on the welterweight fight that truly lived up to its billing.
Holland appeared to win the first two rounds but decided to take things out of the judges’ hands in round three when he landed a huge punch that knocked Ponzinibbio out cold.

The 36-year-old fell face-first to the floor and ate one follow-up shot before referee Dan Miragliotta stepped in to save him from taking any more punishment, not that he appreciated it – Ponzinibbio immediately protested the stoppage.
In the build-up to UFC 287, Holland clashed with Jorge Masvidal in the fighter hotel, and during his post-fight interview he suggested they scrap after ‘Gamebred’ loses to Gilbert Burns in the co-main event.
He said: “Hey, Jorge, if you don’t retire after Gilbert Burns gets done whooping you’re a** tonight, I would defiantly love a chance for that BMF belt.
“I love Miami and if I won a BMF belt, I’d fight here four times a year if the boss let me. Shoutout to Jorge Masvidal, I love everything you’re doing.

“You’ve got a hell of a promotion and all that stuff but there’s no badder mothef***** than me!
Holland is now 3-2 as a UFC welterweight after snapping his losing streak.
The 30-year-old started off his 170lb UFC career with two wins before being stopped by Khamzat Chimaev and bludgeoned by Stephen ‘Wonderboy’ Thompson in back-to-back fights.
A scrap with Masvidal is no longer an option as the 20-year MMA veteran retired from fighting after falling short against Burns and admitting he no longer feels the same when competing.
